Changing Profile Picture Issues

Hi! I've been trying to change my profile picture for a while now, using the desktop app, but the 'change' button on my profile will not work. I have done everything from updating spotify to deleting the app and getting it again, but the button remains useless. Can someone help me out with this? Thanks!
