Changing country is charging me a new plan?

I tried changing my country to another but it doesn't say update payment details, it says get premium. I already have premium and dont want to pay again. Other countries let me update the info and not buy new subscription but not the country I specifically want. What can I do?

Are you currently living in this new country? Spotify Premium's subscription plans often work by detecting what country you are currently in.  Also, not all countries offer Premium.  Hopefully this helps.
