I have been trying for hours to determine what is going on with my account. I clicked the promotional link in the Spotify app for the three months at $.99 and was charged $1.07 but am not seeing the upgrade in the Spotify app. At the time of clicking the link, I was looged into the app with Facebook, tied to my Yahoo email account. I have tried logging in to the app via Facebook (tied to my Yahoo email address) and also tried logging in with a Gmail email which I created a new account specifically to try to troubleshoot this issue.
My email addresses are: snip and snip
I never received an email confirmation to either email address and I checked the spam folder in each.
Please assist. I am not sure why there is no customer service phone number to call. I have tried everything suggested to fix this problem, including sending a Tweet, Filling out the Form, Emailing and going through the step by step help posted in the Community Post. This is my last resort.

Let me add that the app still shows that I have a FREE account, not Premium, so you don't have to ask me about this.

I think I figured out the problem however now I have an even bigger problem.
My case number is: 04498221
My friend was using my phone and had logged into her Facebook account in Safari and I didn't realize that. When I authenticated in the app using Facebook, it accidentally logged in as her in Spotify instead of me. My credit card is now tied to her account and she is showing that she has the 3 month Premium upgrade instead of me.
Is there a way to fix this and move the Premium upgrade from her account to mine?
