Charged for the wrong plan

My Family Premium Spotify was paused due to failure in my payment methods, and spotify said that when I changed it, it would be resumed.

 

I changed it, but spotify charged me for the Individual Premium plan not the family one. I do not want to be charged again to change plans, I want to resume my family plan.

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
