I just used the NUS site to get spotify half-price, which I was going to use with the 3 months for the price of one offer.

I used the link from NUS and entered my card number, then got taken back to the front page where I clicked on the 3 month offer.

I've now received a receit for £9.99 so I know the NUS discount didn't go through, but the email also gives no indication that the other offer has gone through either? How do I get a refund and get this sorted?

I know Spotify Student premium doesn't work with other offers from Spotify. However it's weird why NUS discount doesn't apply at your account.

 

When you log into your account and take an look at your account overview does it say anything about how much you get charged next month?

 

Otherwise I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
