Charged twice

I was charged 999 on March 3rd and then today March 23rd I was charged 1499 for a family plan I don't want that 1499 charge when I sent the email to you guys it came up with my old email addresses I no longer have the password to so could you send all correspondence by email to this e-mail address m.strycharz@aol.com if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and thank you for your time
