This month I was charged the $9.99 for the subscription as expected but then I was charged an extra $13.13 and I don't know what for.. I did not receive any emails or receipts addressing what the $13.13 was for. I cancelled Spotify last month (or so I thought) and I'm still getting charged for a service I do not use.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. They should then reply back within 24-48 hours.
