Charging when my subscription was suppose to be canceled.

Hello my name is Christopher Brenneman. I am very unhappy with your services right now. I went onto this site and canceled my subscription. Yet here I am looking at my bank statement as of today with a pending spotify charge. I am currently unemployed and have limited resources in at this time, the fact that I am looking at this charge and having to drop immensely more important tasks to come and type this alone is enough to make me start going off like a sailor, but I am currently striving to be a more calm and peaeful person. I wish for this to be fixed and if you value you me to remain a future customer then I would like to see this changed. You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. They should be able to sort this thing out for you.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
