Claim artist death loop

I have recently claimed an artist, but when I attempt to access the spotify for artists dashboard, I'm asked to log in, when I log in I'm taken to the claim artist page, if I try to claim the artist again, then I'm told I'm already on that artist's team and the cycle begins again, It's so frustrating and spotify help has been much the same of me explaining the issue in death loop cycles. Anyone had or is having this issue?
