Connected device is changing

Hello,

I have Spotify Premium and my Account is connected to the facebook account. That one is changed and is running with 2 factor athentication. So I think it is save and no other person knows that account.

My problem: When I listen to spotify on my desktop (windows 10 64 bit) the output device is changed to a component I don't know - called "iphone di sarah". I'm not Sarah and I don't own a iphone.

When that happens the music is changed to.

So, where is the problem and how can I resolve it?

All offline-devices I had deleted, the password (Facebook) is changed, 2FA is activ!
