My Question or Issue
Firstly my credit card has no problem im sure of it 'cuz im using this card for 3 years for pay Spotify Premium and i did online shopping after i get e-mail from Spotify for paying issue. And my credit card limit not full.
I can't use Premuim because of this problem.
So, Why im getting this problem with Spotify?

Could you send me a screenshot of the error message shown? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
Also, please get in touch with your financial institution and make sure they still allow recurring payments.

Which is the translation " Payment is failed. Try again or use another payment method. Get help"

If your country accepts PayPal, you could also buy a Spotify gift card from them here.
The last option after that is to create a new Spotify account and get Premium from there.
