I avail the monthly payment for Spotify Premium last January 27-28 ithink, and then now as I open my account it states to Spotify Free again, how did it happen? I already paid it. Hoping for your positive response gus thanks 😊.

First check you payment details to tell that you're credit card it's not expired, if it's all good contact spotify help and email them with your paid receipt of January so they can help you.
