Hello,

Nearly a year ago I had my personal info stolen as well as money. Still to this day I've continued to have various issues thanks to this wonderful event in my life.

Most recently now is the fact that I am unable to use Spotify with the account I am currently signed into. It states I'm in a country that it's not associated with and am unable to sign in because of this.

We'll let me assure I have not left my country at any point in the last few years so I should be able to access Spotify with the account I'm currently signed into, yet I am unable to.

I was planning to try the 3 month trial but I'm using my junk mail account (hotmail) to even listen to music and I'm certainly not going to use that for the premium account.

Is there anyway this can be fixed?

It'd be best to reach out to our Accounts team over email on this.

 

They'll be able to help out with your account's country settings, and can even update your account's email address.
