I've received an email from Spotify notifying me my account was deactivated due to my bank did not authorize the payment. I contacted my bank and they never rejected that payment. I can't access to my account by any means and I lost my playlists. Could you please what the problem is? My previous user number is tfki2kf440uajrls0el7hyco6.
