Device Password

I have just signed up for premium.  I have clicked multiple times for Spotify to send me a password for my devices, but no email has come although it has told me that one has been sent.  What can I do to get a password?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Double check your spam folders etc and make sure your email is correct.

 

if you still can't get one, submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can send you one manually.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
