Devolución importe cobro premium

Devolución importe cobro premium

SOy estudiante y realice un periodo de prueba por tres meses. Se actualizada hoy y a mi asombro esta mañana cuando queria cancelarlo ya se había cobrado. 

 

No quiero la renovación y quiero la devolución de los 9,99. Además soy estudiante y antes de la renovación intenté pasarme a esta tarifa pero no fue posible. NO me gusta esta acción, además es imposible contactar con vosotros.
