Different amounts of premium account payment

Hello, 

I have a payment problem. Actually it's not a problem. I have a premium account and spotify says, I will take 9.99TRY/monthly from my credit card. But when I check my card statement, I saw Spotfy took more than 9.99TRY and took different amount every month. For example last month it took 10.30TRY and a month before it took 10.25TRY. Is this problem arising from Spotify or from my Bank ?
