Hi,
This morning, I subscribed to Spotify Premium (from France) with my Smartphone and consequently I paid 12.99€ per month, with a trial period of 7 days.
Then, I connected my account on my computer and I saw that it's only 9.99€ per month, with a trial period of 30 days !!
What about that ? Is it a mistake ? Or maybe you considered there are two different kinds of account ?
Thanks for explanation,
Best regards,
LG750

Sorry for the dealy for this this reply.
Yes, just cancel your auto subscription in iTunes, and then once that has expired, you will be able to sign up on the Spotify website for the regular 9.99 price.
Yes, after you subscribe to premium on the website you will be able to use it on your iPhone, iPad, laptop and any device with the same account.
It costs more to subscribe through the iPhone and iPad app because Apple charges a fee.
I suggest you cancel your premium through the app and resubscribe on the Spotify website.
To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
Information on how to do this can be found here:

Hi Matt, thanks for your help.
So, I just have to delete my auto-subscription for next month, and then subscribe again with spotify website ?
Can you confirm that options are similar between both subscription ? I can use spotify premium on iPhone, iPad and my laptop with the same account ?

Hi Matt,
Thanks for helping ! It's unbelievable that Apple took a commission about 30%...
I'll switch my subscription as soon as possible...

You're welcome!
Yeah, Spotify is not allowed to disclose that it will cost more on the app store page. It's a rule by Apple.
However looking at it from a business point of view, the option to allow the in app subscriptions is very important because some people prefer to subscribe over iTunes.
Can't please everyone...
