Disastrous customer support: How do I get a response from Spotify's rubbish customer support team?

I'm having a nightmare trying to get through to Spotify to sort what should be a straightforward problem. Does anyone have any ideas, or shall I just stop paying my premium subscription and move to another option?

 

My account has become associated with someone else's Facebook account and there appears to be no way of sorting it. I've tried disassociating them, but that hasn't worked. Now I'm paying for a premium account and don't have premium services. I'm losing my patience having raised two support tickets.

 

Anyone had this problem?

Hi. Please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

I've submitted two already. Do I really need to do another one?

No, if you reply to the automated email someone will get back to you as soon as they can. 😉

I have replied to the email address no-reply@spotify.com as instructed and look forward to a response. I'll keep the forum posted as to what comes of it.

If you don't hear anything back within 24 hours, give us a shout with your 8-digit case number (from the automated email) and we can escalate it further for you.

Thanks Peter. It's not been quite 24 hours, but it's been two weeks since I've had my premium access. This means I can't listen on my Sonos either. Anyway, here's my 8 digit code.
