Disconnect account from orange subsciption

Is it possible to disconnect my account that is linked to my Orange subscription so I can pay with Visa and continue premium subscritpion after I cancel my Orange phone service?

I'm not 100% familiar with how the Orange payment systems work, can you cancel your subscription (and then resubscribe using your card)?
