Discord integration not working properly?

I'm having this problem in Discord where the song currently playing only shows when I reload Discord. When the song is finished Discord would stop displaying it as my status. Anyone got any tips on how to solve this?

I've noticed the same issue today. At first I thought it was browser based, since I recently reinstalled Vivaldi for testing purposes, but I am having the same problem in Chrome too.
