Don't remember password and can't reset it

Hey guys,

Guess i screwed up this morning.

I had two acounts on Spotify, 1 connected to facebook (premium) and 1 free not connected.

Because i wanted the playlist on the free acount to apear on the premium one, i loged out of my premium loged in on the free one and connected it to facebook.

Since it didn't work and the playlists were not showing, i accidentaly disconnected my premium account from facebook and can't now log in! I can't remember the passaword of the premium account and the sistem says i can't reset the password because i'm using my facebook e-mail. W T F?!

Help, pleeeaaaseeee!
