Double account

Hi!

I have a problem where ive somehow ended up with 2 accounts connected to my email. I think one of them is connected through my facebook and the other set up as a regular account. Problem is i bought premium for the one connected to facebook but now i cant enter spotify with that one and the regular account is just a free account. Since i cant enter the facebook one i dont have any way of cancelling the subscription and now im paying for nothing..

Help please!

Try turn off facebook account on wrong profile and after that connect it to your main account. But looks like this method won`t help you. Better contact support with this problem. Hope they could help you

Thanks, i tried that but as you thought it didnt work. Ive email support now and hoping they might shed some light on the issue. Thanks again for the quick response
