Duo set-up not working as I am on Holidays and not in our flat

I upgraded from Premium to Duo Plan to share with my partner. 

We both have IOS (Iphones) 

I am currently in Austria, Europe for a holiday, my partner is in our flat in Cape Town, South Africa. 

 

Duo set-up location verification doesn't work as I am currently in Austria?

 

Please help!

Hey @Lena30, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The reason the verification didn't work is that you're both in different locations.  In order for Premium Duo to work, you'll both need to be at the same physical residential address at the time of sign up. So, whenever you go back to South Africa and are at the same location as your partner, you can invite her to the Duo plan following these steps
