E-CARD Not Available

Hi, i'm having a problem when i try to access the site to purchase E-Cards

If i go to the correct site for my country, it says.."Spotify Gift Cards are currently not available in your country." But that's not true because i already bought them previously... However.. If i access to this site: https://www.spotify.com/is/get-spotify/e-card/  -btw i dont know what "IS" stand for-  it let me buy them.. but not in my local currency which is  ARs but in EUR, and 10 EUR for 1 month is not the correct price here..

Any help?..
