Hello!

In Brazil for you to play licensed music it is necessary to make the payment of an organ called ECADE.
If I am premium Spotfy I can play the licensed songs in an environment and replace my signature of ECADE without the danger of legal justice action?

You can not use Spotify commericially with the regular Premium account. To use Spotify commerically check out Spotify Business and SoundTrackYourBrand. Both you sound track your brand. Hope this helps.
