Email account not recognized

Hi,

I have a problem, I was a period without usin spotify (but paying the monthly bill for premium account). Now I tried to use spotify but when I try to login to my account the system says that my email does not have an account associated, I assume that somebody has hacked my account and the email has been changed. 

Please help me to recover my account or help me to close the account because I'm still paying but I can't use the service.
