My Question or Issue

Hi, my spotify Premium Family account has the wrong email address. I noticed when I was transfer data to my new Samsung S21 today when trying to login on my new phone, it's similar but missing a period mark, realized when my account which I thought was the same account had been coming up as a free account and have forgotten my password. Idk how it happened  I can provide information to confirm my identity. Is there an email contact I can email to address and confirm my details?
