Endless Loop Premium Account

I've been a premium account holder now for months and enjoying every minute of it but the real test comes when you have an issue and here it's a massive fail. 

When I try log in with my FB as I have always done then I get an error "It looks like you already have a Spotify account with the email *****@gmail... Please login below" and when I try logon using the email address or reset the password for the email address I get the error message "It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook passw.."

I can't logon to use the contact form, cancel my subscription etc, your twitter support never replies and I'm still paying.

At this point I had to create a new account just to post this! I also contacted my bank and had to cancel my VISA card just to get you to stop charging me for a service I can't use. I'm also going to log a complaint with my bank to reverse the subscription charges for the next month which went off on the 20/03.
