My Question or Issue

I use as standard language, English.
When I go to Podcasts though, I get a shitload of Podcasts in Swedish, in which I'm not interested at all. Swedish news is of a horrible quality and science and culture are non-existent, or stolen from abroad.
How can I change the content, so it will match my language prefrences?
