Error code 3 and using username

So Spotify app no longer allows you to get in with our email, fine, I tried using my username as everyone has suggested but I'm still not able to log in! It's so frustrating because I was able to log into my browser a couple of minutes ago. I've tried changing my password and typing the beginning of my email without @XXX.com but nothing is letting me log in!!!
