Facebook Log - in

I have a premium account linked to my Facebook. Now I can't sign in on my phone, laptop or through the web app. It's telling me there's a Facebook error and I haven't changedy facebook setting or password at all.
Please help

Hey there @gab-b

It sounds like you may need to try the "Sign Out Everywhere" function. This should help to solve some of your problems. Click this link to go to your account page and sign out from there. Then give it another shot.

The problem with that possible solution is I can't even log in to attempt the Sign Out Everywhere function.

Would you have any other suggestions?

I cant' login to my account via facebook either. WTF is going on? I'm paying you 10 €/Month, i expect my account to be working.

Hmm...that's definitely no good. You have a few options - 

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.
