Facebook login issue

My facebook and spotify account are not linked but everytime I log into my spotify account I get a log in notificaiton on facebook. How do I stop spotify from login into my facebook?

I am trying to log into Facebook but it says the email address is used....of course it is used it is mine????? Please help
