Family Plan free 3 months

I purchased the family plan by offering three free months for 9.99 euros, but it appears to me that I renewed the following month. In my profile, it does not appear to have those three months of free premium .

When I run out the first month I will renew only until the third month without charging or not correctly applied me the offer?

I would know because I was supposed to be a gift for my family for Christmas.

Compré el plan familiar con la oferta de tres meses gratis por 9,99 euros, sin embargo me aparece que se me renovará al mes siguiente. En mi perfil, no aparece que tenga esos tres meses de premium gratuitos.

¿Cuando se me acabe el primer mes se me irá renovando solo hasta el tercer mes sin cobrarme o es que no se me ha aplicado bien la oferta? Me gustaría saberlo ya que se suponía que iba a ser un regalo para mi familia por Navidad.

De acuerdo a los términos y condiciones de la oferta:

Es decir, te cobran 9.99€ al mes durante 3 meses, una vez pasen los 3 meses de prueba te cobrarán 14,99€ al mes, es decir, la oferta en cuestión es que por 3 meses al precio de Premium normal tienes una suscripción Family, luego pasas al precio normal de suscripción Family.
