Family account can't use spotify connect

Hi everyone, 

We have a family account for my wife and me.

In the house we hase a Marantz Amplificador with spotify connect and a box with android google cast.

On my personnal account i can see and use the marantz connect function (even if i am at home or out of the house) and the box google cast. It works from all of my devices.

But for my wife, she only can see the google cast. The Marantz device never appaer in the spotify connect devices available.

Is it a limit of the spotify family account ? .. it could be very problematical !

We have the same problem with our Bluesound system. Especially the pulse flex rarely shows up for accounts other than mine in our family premium account.
