Family invite code is not working

Family invite code is not working, got it to work for 2 account but not the 3rd. I have tried to resend the code 8 times over the span of 2 weeks, still nothing. Just wants you to log in, but you need to active the code first. Need to fix this problem looks like a bunch of people have to same isue. It's a program flaw.

In this case, could you suggest your family member clearing their browser's cache/cookies and then try to accept your invitation again?
