Finding a specific playlist

My Question or Issue

I recently lost my email account (forgot password and have no option to recover it), The worst part being, I had my Spotify account logged into that account.
So I made a new account but I can't remember my username...but I do know my email address
My question being how can I find my old account's playlist if I had not connected to Facebook etc.

It's not possible to find your old account only through email within the Spotify app. You can try searching for the name of any other playlist that you remember.
