Forgot password, not receiving reset email.

Forgot password, not receiving reset email.

I was out at sea and when I got back it automatically logged me out of the account and I don't recall the password I used for it. Username is ---- and I know for sure that's the username because of the receipt I have in my email for premium. I checked junk folders as well, it has now been 3 days since I requested the password reset but still haven't received any help.

Hi @user-removed. It sounds like the email you're currently checking is the right one (it has the confirmation email, after all), but if that were the case you should be receiving those emails. Could you please confirm that you haven't changed your the email with associated with your account? Are there any other emails you can check or think of checking? If not, no worries. Let me know and we can look at what else we can do. Cheers!

I've checked every email i have and it's not in any of them
