Forgot username and pasword

Hoping someone can help. Not been logged about my Spotify account for hears and for some reason my app has decided to log me out. I can't remember my username or password and when I click on forgot your password it's telling me my email address isn't registered with them. Does anyone know how I can find my log on details? Thanks!

Hey @Amberroy94,

Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails--that will mean your account is registered with that email.

• If you don't have another email address, note how you logged into the Spotify app usually.
• If you used your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
• If you used your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

I have two accounts - one Free and one Premium. I've lost all details of Premium login - what to do now? See screenshots as evidence that I pay for the Premium.
