Hi unfortunately I don't know my email username or password. I'm still getting billed monthly for an account I can't log back into. Can I just delete the direct debit by going to my bank?

It is possible to try to find the account by taking a look at the section ''Find out your account email address'' section in the link I provided above.

If you wish to keep the account I would reccomend taking a look at that step first and trying to cancel the payment that way 🙂
