Getting charged and never signed up for premium

My Question or Issue

I am being charged for premium even though I have only ever had the free account. Never entered any credit card information. Even changed my credit card and I'm still being charged. How is that possible? Is it possible someone else signed up with my stolen CC info?? How do I cancel if I don't have the account info?

I understand your concern. 

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to your bank or financial institution, as they can take a look and determine the next steps from here. 

 

Since you've stated you haven't signed up to Premium, try following the steps here. If that doesn't help, you can also get in touch with Customer Support who can take a closer look and do their best to help.
