My Question or Issue

every like week or so, i log on and suddenly i'm following all of these artists i've never heard of or playlists of music that i don't listen to ever. i've already tried changing my password and force logging out all the devices connected but to no avail. today i logged in and found playlists in languages i don't speak followed by my account. am i getting hacked? how do i stop this? it's going to ruin my suggested lists from spotify if i keep letting this happen.
