Gift Card Notification

Hi Guys!

 

I'm from the Philippines, and I got an e-mail earlier this month informing me of the gift card product of Spotify. Earlier today, I availed of this and gift a 3 months worth of Premium subscription to a friend. After paying the transaction (charged via my debit account), I was expecting to get an email notification or a confirmation whatsover that the Premium gift card code was sent but, alas - nothing. What I received though is an email confirmation that my debit account was indeed charged for the premium cost.

 

Also asked my friend (the recipient) if he received any email from Spotify, but nothing as well.

 

Is there supposed to be a lag between purchase and delivery of the gift card? Or does the gift card even work?

 

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
