Got charged while i tried to cancel plan

Got charged while i tried to cancel plan



On December 21th i tried to cancel my premium plan but was still charged. later on i saw that i was still charged. I understand it is my responsability for failing to verify, but i would still like to be refunded the charge.

The reason why i am trying to all of that is because, If you look at my account you will see in fact that i don't use spotify that offten, And it kind of sucks to have to pay 10$ for a service i am not even using while i tried to cancel it
