Help my account has been hacked and there is no response from Spotify support in any way! Somebody please help me!

My email account was hacked and used to set up a fraudulent spotify account with what I believe was a stolen credit card. . I want no part of spotify and no spotify account should be linked to my email. The location the account was set up on is not even the country I live in. The last 5 digits of the order ID are 71074. How do I get spotify to flag this account and sever forever my email account to spotify. This is a fraudulent account.

They'll help you out.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
