My friend has a problem with his password, he entered incorrectly his password when it was registering, and he asked for a new password by mail and it has not arrived yet. His mail is: ***@*** (edited for security).
It isnt in the spam box.

When this issue happens it can be one of these reasons:
1. If the user signed up via Facebook, he/she won't get a password email. They can only reset their password via Facebook.com.
2. The user forgot the email address linked to the account.
3. The user made a spelling mistake when registering their email address.
If it still doesn't work, reply back :)
