I am following the instructions https://www.spotify.com/us/help/faq/tech/secondary-account-created/ because Im still logged into my original account at work. Hopefully I can use it to delink the new account that is connected to my facebook and link face book to my original account. However I cant unsubscribe from the my free trial on the new account. When I try to cancel on the account page it just points me to a renewal. You guys really need to make this stuff easier, not a jumbled mess.

If you don't see a cancel option,
You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.
To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Ah! Apologies! It's been updated. I just tried logging in and cancelling myself (not a complete cancellation, of course). Instead of a 'Manage my Subscription', there is a 'Cancel my Subscription'. Just click on 'View my options' below and then 'Continue to the cancellation page' down the bottom.
The options are different for paying subscribers and free users. If you have the free account, you won't ever get charged. So don't worry, you're not on a trial. All that music is free.
You threw me with the 'free trial' thing, as we currently have a free Premium trial running. If you'd like to delete your account, you can do so by contacting Customer Support. Just go to 'About Us' (above) > 'Contact Form'. Obviously, we'd be very sorry to see you go. Were you having any problems at all?
I understand but I wanted my information removed from the service...isn't there a way to do this?
Yes, there is. Just get in touch with Customer Support, like I mentioned before. They'll sort it out for you.

I have messaged you guys 3 times and even posted on here and I haven't gotten any response.
I have tried logging out of facebook, and even installed Google Chrome, and it still says my password is invalid and I can't cancel my premium subscription.
HELP.
I just want it gone.
Tamisalex- The reason you were unable to cancel is because it was only a 48 hour trial. Users can stop a 30 day trial on their account which will stop future payments.
If you'd like to terminate Premium on any currently running trial you will need to contact our support team.
However, I can see that your 'amper205' account has laready been properly connected to your Facebook so you should be good to go.

This is unreal. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You have directions posted all over your webiste on "how to cancel" and not one of them is correct and incredibly misleading.
I love the service and was going to sign up for a premium account, but the fact that you would try to blatantly screw people over is just pathetic. You've lost a customer for life.
I signed up for a free trial of Spotify premium less than 30 days ago. I'm trying to cancel, the option doesn't appear on this page:

this does not work. You get switched to a Profie page, and there is no way to cancel a subscription.
@henerythe8th What doesn't work exactly? The FAQ explains how to cancel a subscription, including the premium free trial where you have recorded a payment method. If you have a free account (not a premium trial) then there is nothing to cancel. If you just want your free account deleted then use the online contact form and someone at Spotify wll do this.
I accidentally started the seven-day trial and need to cancel it before I'm charged. I'm with Sprint, so it won't just revert back to the free version. However, whenever I go to the subscription page, there is no option to cancel. Everything I've read says to go to either the "Manage Your Subscription" or "Cancel Your Subscription" link, but there is still no cancel option. There isn't even a "Cancel Your Subscription" link. Please help! Thanks!

the problem here is that niether side of the discussion is understanding the other. Some of us had singed up for a free trial through our Sprint phones, back when Sprint was doing a promotion. I also have recieved a message that my free trial was ending soon, I wanted to cancel right away so that i wounldt forget about and end up being charged. This "manage your suscriptions" page everyone keeps linking states that you will be bumped down a free account, EXCEPT for Sprint users. It says that we will just automatically start getting builled on our cell phone bill. This is why we are trying to cancel our "supposed" subcription but cant figure out how.
