How do I change the the credit card and the host of a Premium for Family

I want to change the credit card host of my premium for family, My mom is paying for it, but she doesn't want to anymore, now I'm gonna pay for it, it's possible to change it? am I going to lose my downloaded songs?

I’m afraid it’s not possible to switch the Premium for Family plan owner, without cancelling the plan.

She needs to cancel the current Premium for Family subscription at https://spotify.com/account/subscription/cancel/.

Once the accounts’ have reverted back to Free, the new ‘owner’ (you) can subscribe at: https://spotify.com/family/, starting a new plan. They’ll then be able the invite their members, so that you can all get rocking with Premium for Family again.

Please note that offline music will be removed from the Family members device(s) when their account's revert back to Free.
