How do i find out when i initially signed up for spotify?

If you get in touch with the team directly using the contact form they will be able to tell you when you registered. 

Make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.

Hello there.

There is no exact information you can find about that from logging in, but here are 2 tips you can try, to see the possible date of your registration.

Check your email, and if you keep your old emails, type spotify into the search bar, and scroll down. There should be a message from around this time.

Other tip is to check your very first playlist, and look at your very first song added there, this may wont give you an exact date of your registration, but it still will be close.
