Hello!
There isn't really a way to block devices from using the service.
For your situation I'd reccomend you to enter your account settings,
Scroll all the way to the bottom, and click "SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE".
Then, immediately change the password of your account.
That way you shouldn't have problems with people using your account.
Hope this helps! ♫
I have the same problem, show me "PS4-417" device.
i Sing out everywhere and change my password twice, yet the device appears as PS4-417 and I can not remove
what more can i do?
Thanks :)!
I have the exact same issue. I have "Signed out of Everywhere" and changed my password twice as well as my Facebook password twice.
The only difference is mine is coming from a Windows machine (I've attached a screenshot). It's incredibly frustrating because I'll be listening to music and a completely different song will cut in. It's also obvious the person is from a different part of the world, based on his/her music choice. It'd be extremely helpful if Spotify could let you block Connect Devices.

That is strange I have the exact same device name connecting to my account. Seems to like playing Asian pop music.
And we are not alone with this device hacking us, look at this community post. https://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts/Error-on-account-when-disconnecting-from-Ford-Sync-3/td-p/...
And I am yet to see a response from Spotify on this.
I’m not sure if you have found a fix or not but this was happening to me so I dug around the website and found out how you can completely revoke access to PlayStation Network users!
If log into your account on the website you can find a drop down menu with all sorts of stuff in it, if you go to apps you can remove access to the PlayStation network.
Ive attached a screenshot, hope this helps!
